Customer Support Associate - Service

 

The Customer Support AssociateService will serve as a front-line representative in the Automotive Service Department, and will be responsible for receiving and assisting customers, receiving incoming calls and making service bookings.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greets all customers entering the service department and determines the nature of their visit.
  • Answers telephone enquiries and makes service bookings.
  • Directs all non booking calls to the relevant person.
  • Monitors the location of the drivers and organizes their duties systematically.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • At least five (5) CXC level passes including Mathematics and English at grade 1 or 2
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Good speaking voice and effective speaking and listening skills
  • Excellent diction
  • Excellent grooming standards and a friendly personality
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in a service industry would be an asset

Successful candidates must have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a methodical work ethic. They must be detail oriented with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
