Business Systems Analyst
The Business Systems Analyst devises and designs computer system solutions to business problems and requirements, while playing a principal role in the development and implementation of major systems. The Business Systems Analyst acts also as the Distribution Systems Administrator and is responsible for computer subsystems administration and support, including ERP, EDI and other related systems.
Customer Support Associate - Service
The Customer Support Associate – Service will serve as a front-line representative in the Automotive Service Department, and will be responsible for receiving and assisting customers, receiving incoming calls and making service bookings.
The Network Administrator is responsible for supporting the Senior Network Administrator and Desktop Administrator in monitoring, maintaining and improving the integrity and security of the enterprise’s servers and systems. Participates in documenting, maintaining and proposing enhancement to the networking technology, including servers, desktops, laptops, protocols, security, administration, Wi-Fi and communications to best meet current and future business needs.
Service Advisor - Automotive Service
The essential duties of the Service Advisor – Automotive Service would be to sell and schedule needed service work in the Service Department and to update customers on the status of work being carried out on their vehicles.
